I have the November My Favorite Things Card Kit, "Snowflake Splendor", and I have been unable to get to my craft room long enough to do anything with it until now. And did I use any of the paper or stamps in the kit? I did not!
I've had this adorable bear from MFT's Polar Bear Pals in my creature cup for almost a year now, just waiting for the right opportunity. The snow bank is created from MFT's Whimsical Waves die set, on a swirly background. The sentiment is from MFT's "Snowfall of Blessings" set.
Anyway, I decided to go with monochromatic, gray, white and silver, with a touch of purple. In real life, snowy skies are gray, right? Next time i use these snowflakes, I may go for a more bright look. Maybe.
Oh the irony. I can't send an authentic snowfall of anything from south Florida. Maybe a sandfall. LOL.
