I mean the toilet seat, of course. My daughter and her hubbs are working on #3 in less than 8 months. Really.I replaced toilet seats and shower heads when I moved in 2 years ago. They've needed 2 replacement toilet seats and one replacement shower head so far.
We won't even talk about the busted ceiling fan light, which I will have repaired when they move out. Counting the months, I am.
