I used a deep teal card base and stamped the waves in Versamark behind the windows. The windows are cut with My Favorite Things' Stitched Triple Peek-A-Boo Window die.
The green panel has been hanging around in my scrap pile for over a year. I think i used watered down acrylic paint, but it has been so long I don't remember. It is on the really cheap watercolor paper from the children's craft section.
I'm using old stuff, remember? The Seaside Seagulls set from MFT are new, however, and just the cutest ever. We will be seeing lots more of them soon.
2 observations: I love the 100 lb. card stock from Michael's, and, I really don't love the children's watercolor paper.
